This 122-bed acute care hospital was founded in 1966 to serve the growing community of Goleta Valley. Today, we admit more than 2,000 patients a year, see more than 17,000 emergency visits, and welcome nearly 400 newborns to our designated “Baby Friendly” Birth Center each year. We are also recognized for our comprehensive Breast Care Center and our level IV trauma designation. We take great pride in fulfilling our goal of providing each patient with comfortable, personalized care.
